How Cheating on Your Partner Can Result in Death

Whether you’ve cheated or been cheated on, I’m going to explain why cheating is actually bad for your health today.

Not only your emotional health, but also your physical health.

First, let us define cheating.

Cheating is any form of emotional or physical activity with someone other than the person you’re with.

Cheating can be classified into two types:

There’s emotional cheating, which is when you get emotional satisfaction from someone else without having sex.

And then there’s the obvious one that most people think of: physical cheating.

A kiss is unethical. But so is a mushy email exchange.

Some men I’ve met who have gotten blow jobs from women have literally said, “Well, that’s not cheating in any way. Cheating is when there is full-fledged sex.”

Sorry to burst your bubble, but cheating is both emotional and physical.

And I’m not going to get into the morality of cheating. To say the least, it’s not a nice thing to do. And I’ve written extensively about it elsewhere.

However, you may be unaware of the negative effects of cheating on your health.

Allow me to explain.

When you’re in a bad relationship, you’re actually in a bad relationship for yourself, not just emotionally and mentally, but also physically.

I know that when I was in a really bad relationship with someone, I was constantly stressed on the inside. I was literally releasing cortisol nonstop.

On a daily basis, I could feel stressed. Coming home to that person, having to look at her, having to talk to her and have meaningless conversations, it was all stressful.

All of this caused a great deal of stress and anxiety in my body.

And whenever we create stress and anxiety in our bodies, we are actually creating cancer.

It is absolutely true that stress can kill you.

Consider people who have been in bad relationships (you may know a few). It’s almost as if they age faster than everyone else.

Consider the President of the United States. The world’s most stressful job. And look at how every single man who has ever occupied that office has literally aged in incredible fashion during their tenure.

Look closely and you can see the grey hairs.

Many negative things happen in your life as a result of stress.

Furthermore, when you cheat, you are lying. You’re living a lie-filled existence. Your life is devoid of authenticity.

When you cheat on someone, you are actually disrespecting them as well as yourself. Cheaters are essentially people who are unable to face the truth. Cheaters are in the same category as liars as the lowest form of human being imaginable.

And, if you look closely, the majority of them are destructive people who engage in a variety of other bad habits for the mind, body, and soul.

When you are under stress, your body breaks down, causing you to catch more colds.

You’ll get sick more easily.

And you’ll age quickly because you’re afraid to be completely honest with yourself and the relationship, and you’re disrespecting another person along the way.

Cheaters have always struck me as the weakest people on the planet.

So, if you can’t be a fucking man or woman and be completely authentic (which you should already be doing), this is just another reason not to cheat.

Do your health a favor and be open and honest about why you’re doing things, and watch your health and wellness return as if by magic.
